I enjoy helping businesses control health care dollars with basics in fitness & nutrition & medications. The following are onsite programs offered to local central Indy businesses with 5 to 20 employees. Lunch and learn has a new perspective. I bring a portable kitchen and all food items and cook your employees a menu option. Also, we do a simple workout to stretch and move that can be done in any work space. I am certifed as a Food Safety Manager with 360training.com required of all businesses serving food to the public. I am also certified in Fitness & Nutrition with the International Sports Science Association.
